Penny’s Griddle Baked Cleopatra’s Figs

Ingredients
- 4 figs- cut in half
- 8 chunks of blue cheese
- Honey
- 8 star anise
- 50g walnut halves
Method
Sit the figs on the AGA griddle cut side up, place a slice of blue cheese on top.
Scatter the walnuts and star anise between the figs and drizzle with honey, bake on the middle shelf of the baking oven for about 15-20 mins.
