Introducing our decorated oven to tableware from Portmeirion and Spode for AGA. The range consists of a roasting dish, baking tray, deep roaster, gratin and pie dishes and a batter jug

The roasting dish and baking tray are designed to fit on the AGA runners and offer a decorative oven to tableware which is microwave, freezer and dishwasher safe and an alternative to the current white Portmeirion dishes in the range.

Portmeirion is based in the heart of the potteries in Stoke-On-Trent and their tested recipe for the fire and ice vitreous porcelain is one of the best in the industry. The white you see on the products is not a colour but the natural white of the fired clay.

The oven to tableware goes through three firings, the first is a biscuit firing at 1200°C, second is the glaze firing at 1140°C and finally the lithography takes place to add the decoration before its final firing at 1100°C.
