Ian Curley is a British-born and Australian-based chef with an enduring 30-year tenure in Melbourne that has seen him at the helm of some of the city’s most iconic restaurants, including nine years at The Point Albert Park and more than a decade with the European Group. Delight in the opportunity to build AGA cooking skills under the hilarious and enthusiastic talent of Ian Curley.

With a menu of warm potato blinis with creme fraiche and caviar, perfectly roasted Chicken served with rice and flatbread and a french dessert of financier with pistachio  ice cream.
