The 28cm Legacy Lid is handcrafted to fit the Legacy Pan. A durable peaked handle makes lifting easy and reduces slips. The recessed join reduces heat transfer. Its dimpled underside recycles steam, raining condensation evenly for flavour and texture. Strong, simple to clean, and made to last.
The satin enamel exterior looks and feels like stoneware. The black enamel interior darkens with use, mirroring the sought after qualities of traditional cast iron.

Wash in warm, soapy water. Use a soft cloth or gentle sponge. Rinse well and dry fully with a soft towel. Store in a dry place. If stacking, place a cloth between pans.
Dishwashers will reduce its life. Think of it like a premium chopping board, a knife, or a hat you really like. You wouldn’t put them in a dishwasher. While Ironclad cookware can take almost anything, dishwashers strip, crack, and damage.
